ENGEL 16-STATION TDF ROLLFORMER

Description

This is the heavy-duty Engel Model M-1640 TDF Rollformer roll forms the TDF flange on the edge of the sheet for fabricating HD commercial ductwork. This is a used Engel HB-1640 Roll Former is equipped with TDF® tooling which produces the patented TDF® flange on straight duct work and fittings. The sixteen stations make this machine capable of rollforming 16-gauge mild steel with an adjustment. No adjustment needed when rollforming 18 to 26-gauge Material. With a 7.5 HP 230/460 volt motor this Model M-1640 TDF Machine can produce a speed of approximately 60 FPM (feet per minute). Engel's TDF Rollformer has a small parts feeder is included for parts with a minimum length of 6 inches. Other Roll Sets & Profiles are available for this Engel TDF to install on the open outboard shaft. MADE IN USA!
