This Dual Head Cornermatic automatically inserts specially designed TDF style corners in seconds. It will insert eight corners in about 60 seconds which is much faster than any hand insertion and crimping operation. Corners are inserted square and fully crimped, so there is no need to change the crimping adjustments when inserting corners in 18-to-26-gauge ducts. Operator will rotate ductwork three (3) times for completion of all eight (8) corners on a piece of ductwork. This unit will handle up to 60″ duct joints.
