These 5' Beaders are for turning flat sheets into beaded sheets and saving money by forgoing the labor
intensive cross braking process, we stock several brands but the Flagler 60” Sheet Beader is the only USA made unit we stock and the only 18-gauge unit. These are very similar to the old and popular Lockformer Beader except that the Flagler is 18-gauge. These have a width adjustment to the incoming sheet is easy and beads are in a fixed location on 12” centers.
In summary we have a 5 ft x 18 ga capacity beader which forms 5 beads on 60” wide sheet, easy width adjustment to incoming sheet, beads fixed on 12” centers.
