Description

This CIDAN RAPIDO 32 is an electrical guillotine shear that works fully independent of oil or hydraulics and offers manual use of the hand wheel system, drive system with eccentrics and pull-down rod, and standard squaring arm and table extension for multiple sheets. CutLink control system
RAPIDO comes standard with a CutLink control system that controls following:

750 mm or 1000 mm motorized backgauge, in single or program mode.
Pneumatic sheet support

Cutting mode – single cut or continuous cut
Sheet support with front delivery sheet support in upper position on a rapido metal shear on white background
Sheet support in the upper position.
The pneumatic sheet support is supporting the material during the cutting cycle. This ensures a maximum backgauge precision and prevent dog ears at the cut pieces. After the cut, the sheet support delivers the sheet to the front of the shear. This is a great advantage when cutting large sheets or sensitive materials like copper and zinc.

The hold down beam positioned just 32 mm from the cutting line, minimizing waste.

The beam also serves as finger protection, preventing fingers from reaching the knives.

The hold down beam has an opening at the top, providing a clear view of the LED illuminated lower shear blades. This is very helpful when cutting along marked lines.
This RAPIDO 32 shear has milled grooves in the table every tenth millimeter and fixed angle stop with millimeter scales on both sides.
