Description

This is a very nice running Lockformer 10-Station Standing “S” Cleat Roll Former on heavy duty easy to move casters. This machine will allow you to make your own 1-inch Standing S cleat in-house and save money forever instead of buying from a supply house. This machine forms “S” cleat with a standing seam for greater strength and rigidity. This seam is adaptable in fabrication of large trunk or branch lines in industrial and commercial heating and ventilating ducts. Included are two sets of auxiliary tooling on the outboard shafts, one the LEFT side is the heavy duty large 16-gauge Pittsburgh Lock and on the Right side is a set of 3-in-1 rolls. These allow the formation of the Right Angle Flange for the male part of the Pittsburgh; then it has the 1-inch Standing Seam connection and lastly it will form the "T" Connection.
