This is a FULL 2004 IOWA PRECISION FABRIDUCT TDC Coil line was made specifically for manufacturing of HVAC Ductwork. Purchase this line and we will come in and set it up & train your operators!! We can provide a turn-key package. This 2004 line includes all the components to form ductwork from 18-gauge to as light as 26-gauge mild steel. This particular Line is a "Right-Hand U" shaped system that includes all of the following components: Iowa Precision 16-gauge Shear Full 60-inch Beader to SMACNA Standards Notching for Slip & Drive Pittsburgh and Snaplock & TDC Flange Transfer Table into Mark V Duplex producing either Male/Female Pittsburgh or Male/Female Snaplock Transfers on to second Transfer Table into Lockformer Cleatformer Duplex Transfers through into the Lockformer TDC Duplex Iowa Precision Insulmatic Insulation Module DuroDyne Five (5) Multi-Head Weld Pinspotter Insulmatic with all new Valco glue heads Price can include full setup and training onsite Recommended 150 AMP service for Line OPTIONAL: WE CAN INSTALL AND PROVIDE YOU WITH A NEW AMS CONTROLLER. WE CAN ALSO REBUILD THE EXITING PINNER OR REPLACE IT IF YOU DESIRE WITH A BRAND-NEW PINNER; THERE IS A LOT TO TALK ABOUT. DELIVERY "as is" can occur in October 2024 or we can add new AMS controls and rebuild the pinner with delivery in late January/early February. If you're looking at new and wish to have a "LIKE-NEW" Line we can Fully REBUILD the line, which would include new AMS controls, new Pinspotter and all Rollformers rebuilt.
