This Lockformer Pittsburgh 20GA Roll Former was completely torndown and all the bearings replaced by a professional rebuilding company. It runs fantastic and comes with full 6-month warranty on all parts. It has 5 stations, a 1/2 hp. Ideal for precise metal forming applications. Reliable and efficient performance in a compact design for easy shop use.

All Lockformer 20 gauge Pittsburgh rollforming machines have 5 forming stations with 2 forming positions. One inboard forming position forms the Pittsburgh lock (included in this machine) and one auxiliary or outboard forming position has the capability of forming 1 of 3 different profiles (see right for list of outboard-mounted auxiliary roll sets). Currently NO auxillary rolls mounted on this machine.

The optional Auto-Guide Power Flanger attachment is mounted on the machine and works perfectly. The flanging attachment follows any edge straight of irregular while forming a 7/32 (outside) flange height. Just turn up a starting flange in the table slot, feed materials into the rolls and let go. Handles radii down to 3.25" or 1.375" manually at speeds of 16 - 18 fpm.

The Lockformer Pittsburgh Lock Roll Former | Model 20 has a capacity of 20–26 gauge at a speed of up to 25 feet/minute and features five (5) forming stations with two (2) forming positions — one inboard forming position forms the Pittsburgh lock and one auxiliary or outboard forming position has the capability of forming 1 of 3 different profiles.
