SCHLEBACH SLASHER GS

This is a used Schlebach compact Slasher slitter / cut-to-length with a capacity of 16-gauge x 4 ft. with the optional guillotine shear. This unit will make 5 cuts of 24ga and is equipped with a PLC controller. Program the number of sheets to slit and walk away. Electrics are: 220-Volt, #Phase • Computer Control: Integrated power supply with 200 storage locations, jogging in manual mode, automatic operation setup position setting. • Standard Schlebach control with length and quantity counter with both manual and automatic operation. • Controls offers cut optimization mode to eliminate waste. • Stainless steel table has fixed and movable guides. • 4 Motorized in-feed rolls rubberized 3 inch diameter solid shaft I 2 Motorized slitting shafts 4 inch diameter of solid steel. • Four manually adjustable sets of blades for mild steel. • Top slitting shaft opensble by eccentric cam. • Heavy duty electric shear with circular blades. • 11/2 inch thick high quality, hardened and ground tool steel knives. • Motor 1.5HP for slitting. • Power supply necessary: 230 volts, three phase.
