This USED Iowa Precision Cornermatic Plus Versa HVAC Ductwork Corner Inserter Machine is one of the most flexible units of its kind for production of Flanged Ductwork. It effortlessly inserts and crimps the Iowa Precision TDC and TDF Corners in seconds — allowing your shop people to do a ductwork fast! With the right operator eight (8) corners can be inserted in approx. 20 seconds in any gauge (16 through 26). Our unit comes with the optional hydraulic system that allows the unit to be placed below the shop floor. This gives you the contractor the flexibility of having it ground level or up higher. The hydraulic scissor lift raises and lowers the machine with a simple press of a button in less than 16 seconds. The in-ground feature is beneficial for projects involving large or straight duct and heavier gauge, larger fittings, while the above-ground position is ideal for fitting production.
