This is a 36″ Cleat Folder with a 20 Gauge capacity, cycle time of 2.2 second cycle time, pneumatic table for stronger holding power when clamping the metal, but with a motorized bending process. Also available in a 30″ model (1.7 second cycle time.) - See Model 34-200-H
The Flagler Hybrid Cleatfolder machine is for forming a 7/16”-1/2” cleat edge 20 ga. max. Open throat design equipped with overload shear pin, guard safety switch, armor plated back-gauge inserts. Hybrid models feature a Pneumatic Clamping Table and a 2 Horsepower Motor that is wired for 230-Volt 3-Phase with an Amp Pull of 6.
