The Schechtl MAB310 Folding Machine has a 14 gauge capacity folding machine. The machine has a three axis CNC system that positions the backgauge, the clamping beam and the folding beam that is controlled by an operator actuating a foot pedal. The control by means of an interactive graphic screen tells the operator when to flip and swing the part. 1.) Parts Making Capability—The MAB3100 holds up to 3,000 programs. When it comes to complicated cornice work or long detail parts, the graphic software that show when to flip and turn the part is the only way to get accurate reliable parts. 2.) Labor Shortage -- The MAB310 typically comes loaded with 200 of the most popular programs for gutters, ridge caps, drip edges and the like. You have two programming methods: programming with the simple graphic interface or simply pull up a program in the machine and plug in new dimensions.
