Description

The Automated CR8-SDC Auto Feed Rollform System is designed to feed and form the Flat ’S’ and Drive Cleats on the inboard Rolls directly from coil stock. The Automated System consists of a Dual Station Coil Cradle, Flying Shear Cut Off Die, and Pre-Tooled Rollformer to form either Flat ‘S’ or Drive Cleat sections in a single pass-through operation. The Pre-Tooled Rollformer consist of one set of Hardened and Polished Steel Roller Dies to form the Drive Cleat Profile and one set of Hardened and Polished Steel Roller Dies to form the Flat ‘S’ Profile in a single pass-through operation. Rolls will form the section from 22 – 26 gauge galvanized mild steel.

A User Friendly / Programmable Controller will sequence the strip feed and cycle the Cut Off Die based on simple batch quantity and part length inputs.
