It has 9 forming stations with one (1) inboard forming position for the Flat “S” Cleat and two (2) outboard stations for Auxiliary Roll Sets. These are occupied with Drive Cleat on the Left Side and Pittsburgh Rolls on the Right Side. It is a stand-alone machine that has a<b> 5 HP Motor and runs on 230 Volt, 1-Phase, running at approximately 75 FPM running speed</b>. It is also equipped with the S-Slip Cutter attachment and the Slitting Drive Cleat Roll set on the first set of rolls.
